Resources vs being Resourceful

Every once in awhile, or perhaps more often than I would like, I get stuck, get frustrated, get lost.

In those moments, quitting seems like the best thing to do. After all, if I quit, I don't have to face the frustration, deal with the annoyance, or confront the fear of failure.

When I stop the pity party and decide to move on, I start to find a long list of things that I don't have-like enough time, enough money, enough contacts, enough knowledge or skill to move forward.

When I ultimately decide to really move forward, it is because I have the desire and passion to do so. Then, in those moments I become resourceful and find whatever or whoever I need to make things happen.

For some reason, when I decide, believe and then commit to do something, suddenly the need to find or rely on resources outside of myself seems to disappear.

Just a thought!
